Reporting Updates

The Reports option in the Analytics screen has an updated look for easier navigation.

  • Reports and schedules now show up as list view so you can see more of them

  • Quickly discard reports you no longer need with the new Bulk Delete option in the Actions drop-down.

Basis offers 10 different report options, including Campaign Performance Presentations, which transform your data into easy-to-edit PowerPoint files; all you have to do is apply your own branding - colors, logos, and images! Basis will take care of collecting, organizing, and summarizing your campaign's data in a structured, clear, and visual way.

New Direct Inventory Partners

You can now purchase impressions from OpenWeb (formerly known as Spot.IM).

  • OpenWeb powers the comments sections on 700 leading publishers such as AOL, Fox News, Boston Globe Group, Refinery29, and more.

  • Advertising opportunities are hosted exclusively within their products, and leverage unique first-party data, powering social media-like audience targeting at scale.

  • With conversation-based advertising, agencies and brands can access highly receptive, active audiences on the open web in brand-safe, fraud-free, premium environments.

This is part of our supply path optimization strategy. We observed that we were receiving traffic for them indirectly, from multiple exchanges and there was an opportunity to integrate with them directly. They meet high-quality standards for supply sourcing. Basis replaced the traffic on a 1:1 swap – no longer taking the indirect traffic, in favor of getting it right from the source. In doing so, we:

  • Increase the number of unique impression opportunities/scale (same volume, but without duplicates)

  • Reduce middleman fees/ad tech tax

  • Have better visibility into the supply chain for fraud/quality purposes

  • Give you more integrations without an increase in hosting costs

Other exchanges we've done a direct integration with this year are EMX Digital, Nexstar Digital, Mediavine, Unity, and ironSource.
