Improved Macros Insertion Behavior
For Sizmek and Google Campaign Manager tags: Only macros that are detected to be missing will be inserted, rather than inserting already-present macros again. This helps resolve cases where the click macros were inserted multiple times, which led to double-counting clicks
For Google Campaign Manager tags only: The {appId} macro will now be automatically inserted for Google Campaign Manager tags when the data-dcm-app-id field is present. Macro detection and insertion is now supported for certain formats of DoubleVerify-wrapped GCM tags
